Hi,

yes you can solve your problem with Mikrotik and a RADIUS server.
Have a look at FreeRADIUS as a GPL RADIUS server.

You use the hotspot solution in Mikrotik and have your clients authentificate with their MAC address. The MAC addresses are stored in the RADIUS database.
On every first login of the day the client gets 60 minutes. He can use the 60 minutes in one part, or split it like 6 x 10 Minutes until they are finished. After that he is no longer able to login.

The RADIUS server will then "refresh" every client account on the RADIUS at night (0:00 p.m.) to the full 60 minutes for the next day.

You have to configure the RADIUS server to do so. Only the user login (hotspot) is provided by Mikrotik.
