Re: Interface Stats and CPU Usage not correct after upgrade

Same issue here. Had always had problems with faulty speed reporting on interfaces in Winbox. Yet, by upgrading from 3.14 to 3.16 got much worse. Now, every time we reboot the PC-based MT, a different range of speed reporting occurs. At first upgrade, we got very high speed results such as 8Mbps on ...

Upgraded the client unit to ROS ver3.15 and Bootloader 2.18, still same issue. Once the unit tries to transmit heavily, the tx-ccq drops and the unit disconnects from the AP.

If you only setup QoS on the tower side, that means you only prioritise the client download traffic.

You don't actually control the client equipment upload, though you queue the client upload on your tower, and shape (prioritise) the upload to the internet.

Google for EIRP calculator.

XR5 = 600mwatt = 0.6 watt

ie you have to use a very tiny antenna :?

So rather use a larger antenna = higher db and a less powerful radio like RB52 which actually works much better (more stable) than XR5, even with lower signals.

Any Plans for R52 with Higher TX Power?

Well as the question states. Any plans? Also, how far is MT's 802.11n card from being released? Or do we have it the wrong way? I believe MT should concentrate on producing proper radios in parallel with proper RBs to complete the MT product as a market leader. We really would like to see the latter...

I realized this as well, at night time when there is less noise (-93 DAYTIME / -102 NIGHT), the SR2 takes only a few enable/disable to pick up all the clients. Is it possible that the SR2 has some extra filters to utilize only the available unused frequencies within each channel? If so, then maybe, ...
