hi,

we have a PtMP scenario in which we want to stop client to client wireless traffic as lots of them are causing congestion in the network... can any body tell how we can do this in mikrotik software.

what kind of nstreme are you using single or dual ??

you didnt had to tune the antenna for 5ghz frequency ...

Hi, we have installed XR2 card for distribution on a PIV system with 512Mb RAM , we have about 60-70 clients connecting to this and getting between 128-256kbps connections. we are getting very high latency and regular RTOs. Amazingly signals are good ack-timeout is on dynamic and varies between 30-5...

we are using 133 boards with 50mtr CAT6 cable and 18v 1.1A POE getting frequent RTOs and latency , is any one facing this probelm, by using of 24v 1.0A adapter help us out. please let me know.

but I dont understand, WLM54Ag23 shows 23dbm, SR2 shows 26dbm,

Also on bench test the quality of signal of a normal AP in SR2 and WLM54Ag is far better than XR2, below is the bench test result:

WLM54AG23 - -50 to -52
SR2 - -48 to -50
XR2 - -73 to -75

please advice

XR2 default power

hi,

we just put one XR2 in our 133board and the default power it is showing is just 18dbm can you confirm if you are getting the same thing , also in bench test the signals of XR2 were quite high as compared to Sr2 let me know some details regarding this, if you can

there is a very strange problem on 133 coming up that site is being able to ping but it is not opening on IE it says 'website found ...' thats it and doesnot open , please help our ISP link is down and we are facing lot of problem.

hi,
TDMs are working finally without any breakage in Ethernet signal but latency is high , in cross over cable the latency was about 46ms constant, in case of wireless it varies between 47-73ms just wanted to know if this is ok???
