Re: Firewall Rule Action Trigger Script

Not directly, you must use what already we have. i hope this could be included in the future updates You can log firewall rule to memory log, then make a scheduled script that search trough the logs and do some when triggered. Or you can send data to Syslog server like Splunk, then Splunk can do va...

i think, v6.45.1 still have security hole. this happened last night. it's v6.45.1, and had already created new user credential on it, removed the old one. and somehow, the router made a vpn interface with the old deleted user login.

Hi, i'm planning to replace my outdoor access point radio with https://mikrotik.com/product/RB911G-5HPacD-NB which is 802.11ac wireless standard. Is this radio backward compatible with 802.11a/n clients?

I'd rather if they didn't, and not just them. I know it's unhelpful and may even sound hostile, but that's not the intention. All these get-me-though-NAT clouds look as great for users at first. They allow to overcome public address shortage and let them connect to all kinds of devices like routers...

I was hoping there's solution for this matter. If only mikrotik could make a cloud service, where winbox can be opened remotely from anywhere, even if the router is behind NAT, and have no port forwarding nor DMZ enabled. So it is like Teamviewer, which uses VNC Protocol but without the the port for...

Redirect everything to mikrotik proxy and set parent-proxy=192.168.1.100
i've done it before, and it works, and i have been using it for more than 2 years. but now i realize, doing so, Cache Hit DSCP won't work, as the proxy that doing the caching is the parent proxy.
