in image 1 , delete 192.168.0.1 from ether2
in image 2 , remove service name (leave it blank)
in image 3 , disable VJ compression
in image 8 (firewall NAT) , delete the first role

It’s easier if you post your configuration

However you should disable compression and encryption in profile

And for more security remember to remove any IP from ether2

And don’t assign 192.168.0.1 on any interface

There are many T1/T3 to Ethernet converters (dummy converters no routing or configurations) available in the market.
we don't use PCI cards any more because ROS v3 no more support those cards.

in Linux Kernel 2.6 (RouterOS 3.0) preferred source is used ONLY for locally generated traffic (output traffic)
but in Linux kernel v2.4 (RouterOS 2.9.x) was for all traffic

so as JJCinAZ said SRC-NAT will help

i didnt read all your configuration, however you should change NTH to ( nth=2,1,0 , nth=2,1,1 , nth=2,1,2)
and also you used IPs in NAT roles you didn't put them on any interface !!!!!
also in IP Route you used you router IPs as gateways !!!!!

I think we should report to Mk support that we are not happy with this solution, or else they will believe it´s fine. I cannot accept a new version that works worst than an old version. And loose packets in LAN enviroment make this solution useless. We didn't face any problem in 3.7 PPPoE 0 packet ...

bonding is only for Ethernet interfaces or Like-Ethernet (Wireless or EoIP)

so if the both ends use ROS, run EoIP over PPTP and then bond both of EoIP.

by the way i think the pppoe is my troubles engine i will stop it now and see if i will still have the same problems with the wireless or not . The latest version 3.7 doesn’t have any problems in its’ PPPoE server, no packet loss nor latency, We loaded it with 10Mbps and 200 users and it work fine ...

Today I upgraded one of our Access Concentrator to 3.7
I only load it with 10Mbps and 200 users, its work great, packet loss and latency issues vanished
I will try tomorrow with 40Mbps and 600-700 users

u have to configure burst in a radius server..

you can use RADIUS to do this

i suggest DMA Radius Manager since its compatible with mikrotik out of the box.

You can just mark packets

without the connection tracking - no connection marks, router will compare each packet to a given conditions (very slow).

realtek 8169 chip has bad history ROS (check ROS change log)

Enable Change MSS and Only One in default profile and users profile.
Try to run PPPoE server without service name.

yes , but my advice stick with Atheros chipset
its very stable, cheap and MT support it will (all but i think not new 802.11n)
you can use any cheap card like TP-Link and it will work very well in your solution.

If I‘m in your situation I will use separated interfaces for Hotspot and PPPoE server , put both on same switch and don’t assign IP for PPPoE Ethernet interface.

i don't think that ROS will able to boot form HDD on this board since it has one of the latest intel chipset (P35/ICH9)

but you could disable (SATA AHCI Mode) , disable (SATA Native mode) , use any SATA HD and give it a try
