Use Proxy Server outside the mikrotik and make it Mikrotik as default gateway. From Mikrotik, you can have policy route or load balancing over multiple gateway as writen in Mikrotik Docs.

Explain how you set (step-by-step) the PPPoE installation on Mikrotik.
Perhaps you missed just one step.

Re: SSH version

I suggest, better change the default port 22. MT using OpenSSH. I dunno how tough the existing OpenSSH right now, but from 2 years ago, i moved to SSH.Com instead of OpenSSH because my public and well known servers r00t3d down by unknown hacker with the exploit i knew very well. The SSH exploit rele...

ilius168: I think this situation happened because you activate web-proxy in MT#1. Once you deactivate the web-proxy on MT#1 and leaving the connection to your users wide open without any proxy, the connection would be the same between MT#1 and MT#2 On MT#1 you activate web-proxy. On MT#2 you activat...

Re: ICMP connections, bypass QoS?

This is cool !!
I think your users using some kind of VPN over ICMP.

Just wonder where can i get ICMP VPN ..

For you to shape the ICMP, you can user Queue Tree and use mangling to push the ICMP packets to queue in the class you described.

Hope this will help.

GWISA: I have done as you said in your post above. The results: 1. Packets for Web Traffic always filled chain OUTPUT in mangle. Mikrotik cant differentiate whether the packets are from Internet or from Cache Disk. They both transferred to users from Mikrotik Proxy Port (eg: 3128) to Users Side. Bot...

Re: I wonder why my ISP DHCP Server wont give my Mikrotik any IP

Try setting up your pppoe on a different interface. ether2 instead of ether1 See if that helps. Be sure to change the MACs. I saw this with a router board 532, and swapped it with another board and it worked fine. Done it already. Wont do any good also. The same problem exists. Even changing mac ad...

I wonder why my ISP DHCP Server wont give my Mikrotik any IP

This is happened about a week past. I'm subscribed with the DSL Cable to my ISP. About a week past, my Mikrotik wont initiated the connection to my ISP DHCP Server. There is mac address lock option in my ISP. So i have to tell them my mac address and they only open listed mac address in their server...

I have fully understand the documentation wrote by Valens Riyadi in this url: http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Queue_with_Masquerading_and_Internal_Web-Proxy But still those are not the answer. Because whether packets cached or direct, once we have set transparent proxy, all the packets from LAN side w...

I Agree with samsoft08. The topic in here isnt how to mark the packets or putting packets in mangle. But more precisely how to queue packets coming from Internet without interfere the packets coming from the cache disk. In other words, packets coming from cache disk should be deliver at maximum LAN ...

Re: Split UpStream & Downstream

It is POSSIBLE to do it without you having interfere with the BGP option since the BGP is in ISP side. Once you get ip addresses from your ISP, of course packets from everywhere around the world would come to your side from your ISP. But for the packets leaving your side, can be choose which gateway...
