There is a solution for that, I don't know is it secure enough or not but it works. make a bridge between your wan eth and local eth and if you want to control the bandwidth then make simple queues for per real IP you want to give to your client.

Basically Admins block the 10000 port in their router firewall for few reasons so when you can't logon to your MT from out side(Internet) then I think port 10000 is blocked by the router(other ISP) and for that you can't logon to your MT.

HI there. My knowledge about wireless is not much though I think your omni antenna is making more noise with the amp and that's why this problem is occurred. I think put a patch or sectoral antenna will do better than omni. but with those antenna you can't get 360 degree like omni get.

Dear Sam, so are you comfortable with the MT OS Ver.3.4rc, cause you told in another topic that you are having PC hung problem too, maybe the Ver.3.4rc is causing that problem. :?

Re: Router Os sudden death !!!

Dear sam, Try to configure your MT OS as a new router no previous setting should be ther just reset your all configuration from setup. and t3rm gives you a good idea to check your hardware to install another OS like win-XP and then check that your problem still there or not. You can also change your...

hey you two amateurs, did you EVER try to change TTLs going through your network to value 1 or 2 as you suggested? You have no idea what would happen if you do that... basic knowledge of tcp/ip would prohibit you telling something like this unless you really want to harm the guy who asked for help....

Re: One Way Satellite

ok ya it's a good question, when your DVB SAT will be down then I don't think your 1st provider (Both way traffic provider) have to do anything at their end cause they already route their given IP (not your DVB provider IP) and the downlink from their end will run beside your uplink, but you have to...

Hi,

I think your mangle rules or firewall rules are not matching your hardware, if you have time just configure your MT OS newly again in your new PC, I'm sure it'll solve your problem. and you can also update to 2.9.46 too but don't forget to configure your MT OS again.

Thanks

The WAN IP from your 2nd MT BOX, is that a real IP? if it is a real IP then I think you can login to your MT with winbox from any where, if that is not a real IP, actually I don't have anything in my head right now... Dear samsoft08,

Happy to know you have solved the problem, but have you done it with 2.9.46 version or you used Ver.3.rc? Cause ver3.3-4rc is not stable version so far. this version has so many bugs right now and can't use this version right now.

I think your proxy is open, like it's not blocked from your public interface in the 1st router OS which is connected to vsat, that's why any one from outside (not your local network user) can use your web-proxy address and eating your bandwidth. you should block your web-proxy to be used from outsid...
