I don't know how to make your ARP entries stick, but you could connect your WAN source and your LAN to a switch, and connect just one port of the MT router to that switch... Then the MT router can reach all destinations through one interface, eliminating the confustion, and the switch can handle the...

If you just want to start over fresh, you should download the CD Install image from the MT website and burn it to a disk. The CD will then boot up, format your flash, and install a fresh copy of RouterOS on your flash card, ready to boot. Thiis can be done on any PC or x86 SBC, and then the flash mo...

The issue has been resolved. The keys were for a Routerboard 532, and the problem can be identified by the presence of the numbers "261" for the "Level" parameter of the system license menu, in case anyone has this problem in the future. Thanks go to Mikrotik and Changeip.... Hitek

It is rare that a person tries to break into a backhaul link, when compared to a standard local access point, but it should still be a concern, never the less. In my experience, if you only have a moderate noise level, you should be able to pull off 5Mbps+ on the 16km link, but you would probably need higher gain antennas for the 22km shot. You will have to make sure that WEP is properly configured on both the router/AP and the client radio, and that bot...
