I think no direct way but a work around with script might work fine. If no one has a direct solution, you could try this. 1. You use the hotspot profile to manage the bandwidth, 2. write a script to check the download at interval, and if it found any above 1Gb, it should change the users' profile to...

Yes, You did not specify the default route in ip route.
When you set it to dhcp, it add default route automatically but when using static, you have to specify your gateway.

just add the following,

ip route add gateway=192.168.1.x

ie your gateway ip.

You should be able to achieve it with dual Nstreme configuration, that is rx and tx on differenet link. Using two of R52Hn at both end for tx and rx, you should be able to do 75mbps tx and 75mbps rx throughput if you can achieve the type of alignment you got above (100%/100% ccq).

why i am getting confused is the fact that i can ping 127.0.0.1 and could not ping the rest. This could not possibly be firewall issue, but even if it, i have disabled all the rules and yet no way.

The date the ticket/user was added or created for references and it could just be any format say dd/mm/yy and the serial number can just be SN for the batch tickets. I am sure many of us will be grateful if this and many others suggested can be added like printing more than three (3) per page.
