Trouble with EM20-G not showing up in interfaces

Hi all. I am attempting to install a Quectal EM20-G in a SXT LTE KIT US. I have used an EM12-G without issues in the past, but the EM20 just won't cooperate. I have tried setting up a ppp interface to USB1 but I still cannot send AT commands, I'm assuming because it's not automatically detected as a...

Is there anyone that could look at this? I have 50 routers and typing the ip each time sucks! Normis, I could send you a copy of crossover for you to test it with? Just let me know.

Possible Feature Request

I don't know how much demand there would be for this sort of thing, but this is what I wish for the most on the RB. 1) Power supply voltage reporting in system/health on all models Reason: I have a lot of solar powered RB out there, and monitoring battery level with The Dude would be just awesome! 2...

Yes, all antennas and pigtails have been replaced. We might say the original was hard to recognize! Good idea on the airview, I'll get one on the way. I do not use lightning suppression because of signal loss, been there done that... There is a pager system running at 200 something MHz on one tower,...

Poor thruoughput & lost packets using XR9 with excelent SNR

I have a 6 mile link that used to work perfectly. It has the complete Fresnel zone open, so no LOS issues here. We had a storm that took out one tower completely a few months ago and I have been fighting it ever since. ALL equipment on both ends has been replaced at least twice and without change to...

Winbox problems...

Winbox has recently changed the way it loads addresses into the "connect to" field for some reason. I used to be able to specifically click on the routers IP address in the search box. Now, no matter where I click, it populates the "connect to" with the mac address, and if I need...

To work around this problem I have always invoked "dhclient eth0" and let it give up, then the ... button will work. Also I didn't have this problem until KDE4 came out, I have no idea what that would have to do with it, but I does make a difference??? I actually ran KDE3 for a long time o...

OK, It seemes like it could be my provider. I'm really stumped. I have a linux server DIRECTLY connected to the DSL line and it does exactly the same thing. How should I approach my provider about this? What should I tell them? I usually get someone that says "Oh, your modem is up just fine, ca...

very strange ping, lost packets -routing mixup?

I get very slow responses on my network at times, and ping acts very strangely. It seems very random, and usually lasts no longer than 10 minutes. What could cause this? Ping to my gateway router (10.0.0.1) works perfectly all the time. Is this likely to be my upstream provider? Just for info, Iv'e ...

Wow, RIP is way too easy! Problem is, I want to use OSPF, and I don't fully understand it yet... More heavy reading. If you're being overwhelmed by off-band emissions, an amp is only going to add to the problem. I'm at a radio station site and I have no problems with off-band emissions, but I don't use your gear. Safe-mode to the rescue here :D In the manuel, it says WDS for Nstreme protocol requires using station-wds mode on one of the peers.
