Our IP example /29 or /28 or /27 or /any will be up via your backup isp (any other ISP)
surprising !!!!!
normally without bgp real ip does not up via other ISP, in that case own IP and AS number required.

you can reduce real IP misuse
to manage large network we use /30 real IP for all link in which we engage 4 IP for each link.
example if you have 4 link for redundancy then you need 16 IP. but if we use /32 one real IP and all others are private IP then we can save 15 IP from this example.

Internet Price has reduced, IIG has increased, Now every ISP need BGP with very high load capacity mikrotik router. Some Brand server has tested for BGP with one router for BDIX and 3 or more IIG.

create subinterface under wireless of 5ghz with 2 different Vlan ID in both end router.
those two subinterface bridge with two real ether port for two network, one for private, one for public.
in this way you can pass two network over same link.
