one thing confirmed YOU CANNOT MAKE SUPPORT.RIF FILE while in this weird situation
i rebooted my router it came back to normal mode and now i can create support.rif file and i can get it by ftp.
guys please take this issue seriously and take step to fix this problem

I upgraded my MT ROS to 3.25 it worked for around 3.5 days
and now the same problem.
I made support.rif but couldnot find out where it get saved i ftp://myserver and searched there but it was not there
can any body help me locate "support.rif"
It's Surely a BUG

currently i'm doing this on NAT
;;; exclude proxy redirection for OFFICENETWORK
chain=dstnat action=accept protocol=tcp src-address=192.168.0.0/24
dst-port=80
and it's working but i'm bypassing proxy.
so any better ideas, suggestions ??

I used torch and it showed Rx12.8 kbps and Tx382.3 Kbps
I have about 158 items in queue. I guess this factor is causing to consume so much of b/w.

sorry, I didn't notice that they are webmessengers. in this case, only thing you can do with the router, is use access-list with the webproxy

yes, a very effective way. force them to use webproxy and block other traffic. this will only allow proxied www traffic. thanks normis for the smart answer.... yes, using webproxy, squid proxy , isa proxy that can be done easily. so do you mean that hotmail not opening issue can be fixed using web proxy with mss
but sending msnmessenger to good line is impossible.

onlythe users are cleared .. all other config are the same.
After rebooting the cleared users automaticaly comes in.. and this type situation comes after 5-6 days.

did you use winbox or CLI? the 'queue type' was on 'default-small' i changed that to default for all queue, but still the problem is not solved.

Amazing.
If i close the winbox from close [X] button it won't save my changes
but if i quit winbox using "exit" button it will save the changes.
what's this ?? is it a bug. or problem with my PC.

i connect to MT ROS using winbox and on the Simple Queue choose to show Columns TX, RX, Avg TX, AVG Rx,
but after i close winbox and on next login the setting i configured is not saved.
