Will try it on the actual scenario, and if no other issues occur, I will mark the thread as solved.

Re: Allow access to devices from other network

Thank you, yes I got that this is an example. In my case, I need a Unifi access point to assign DHCP addresses from the LAN pool (192.168.88.x), but to be able to check on the UniFi controller residing on WAN network (192.168.0.x). So, I added this: chain=dstnat action=accept to-addresses=192.168.88...

Allow access to devices from other network

Hello, Maybe this is stupid, but no clear head now... I have a hAP mini with default setup. Port 1 is WAN (192.168.0.x), port 2 and 3 are bridged LAN. I need to connect a device with static IP from the WAN network (192.168.0.x) to a port of the LAN network (192.168.88.x) and be able to access it. Be...

Re: RB 750GL (Level 4)-VLANs on Dell switch-DHCP server per

I ordered my RB750, hopefully I will have it tomorrow. My first need is to create 2 separate VLANs to be used with 2 different SSIDs of one Unifi AP. With the code provided, is there anything else to do for the VLANs to have internet access? Do I have to set the ports of the VLANs to have as master ...

Re: RB 750GL (Level 4)-VLANs on Dell switch-DHCP server per

Thanks.

Do I have to use the same interface for all traffic? Can I use separate interface for each VLAN?

Re: RB 750GL (Level 4)-VLANs on Dell switch-DHCP server per

Thank you.

In this scenario, how to set the trunk ports on the RB? I will have 3 VLANs on Dell and one trunk. The goal is all the 3 VLANs to have Internet access, but different ip range.

Best regards

Re: Add wireless to Mikrotik RB450

Thanks for the answers, it works fine.

How can I set firewall in order to permit access only to common "surfing" ports (like 80, 443, 25, 143 etc).

Regards

Re: Add wireless to Mikrotik RB450

If your Hotspot is configured on ether2, and ether3 is available, set the master-port of ether3 to ether2. The two are now bridged via the built in chipset at wire speed. Now plug a LAN port of the AP into ether3, give the AP an IP on the Hotspot network (yuck), and turn off the DHCP server on the ...

3 ADSL lines and Mikrotik

Hello We currently have 3 ADSL lines from different ISPs. Im thinking of setting up Mikrotik using an old IBM Server, and use it for load balancing. My questions: Do I need 3 network cards to directly connect the ADSL routers in the PC case? Do I need to set the ADSL routers to be in modem mode? Eve...
