Yes you can get CIR bandwidth .. if you have available bandwidth for that ..
but if you want to test it you have to download more than 1 file at the same time to reach the max speed , anyway the bandwidth in your case which is 128k it doesnt need more than 1 file to test the CIR ..

Are those PtP mounted near a roof? The problem might be a bad installation positioning. yes , good job , but the most important thing is to make your web-proxy working with V3Rx , couse I can run V3 for weeks without any single problem , BUT whenever i enabled web-proxy i have to expect system hang-up !!!!

as written in the manual :
it is not possible to have VLAN put on a wireless interface in station mode bridged with any other interface.
so does this deny all the setup above ???

but why i faced a system hang-up after i enable redirect port 80 to proxy port ? the hang-up happen suddenly after 1 or 2 or maybe 10 hrs ..
i test 2 brnad new PC's with V3 R 4 , 5 ..

Hi! The solution is in 3.0 version. Change tos from "hits" in the proxy - Cache Hit DSCP (TOS) - option in web-proxy general settings, then mangle or anything. In version 2.9 or prior is not possible.
