Thank you SystemErrorMessage!!! I didnt know that the "!" was for, i made an address list and added the IP in the list and just added them to the filter rule but as you said i excluded and voila!

I cant figure out what is going on with my network, if i connect to the network then all the pc's stop communicating! I have em running on a hotspot with static ip's and the users who are allowed internet are on the bypass list...
