Re: CRS: troubles understanding port isolations and vlans

Correct. But since there is only one CPU port and in the second case traffic needs to go back and forth from it, there would be need for Local Proxy ARP. Currently in RouterOS it is possbile with bridge NAT. Here is example which shows how ensure routing for the same VLAN between two isolated group...

Re: Host removed: limiting address per mac !

How come MK hotspot knows client internal IP addresses which are behind the UBNT router? I replaced UBNT with RB of course NAT enabled but still the same. It's even the same by only having MAC authentication enabled. So there is not HTTP. It just adds internal IP addresses with UBNT's wan mac addres...

Another issue with v5.2 running OSPF. After some time of uptime, my single instance of OSPF resets to default config like router id becomes 0.0.0.0 and other parameters becomes default.

Well NTTAC is to old to expect do anything for you... You should use a radius that can support update packets to/from BRAS. I think you better hook up with IBSng.

Yes. I can too confirm after 16 hours that route cache is now stable. So tarpit seems to leak into route cache. GL My memory usage graph always showed slight memory increase. Even on the routers without this tarpit rule and of course these routers were stable in functionality. But from this tarpit ...

The great benefit of single simple dynamic queue for each ppp(oe) session is BURST definition. I didn't find anyway to define BURST per IP address in a PCQ QOS assigned to a specific address list. The burst for QUEUE total is not helpful as it's for address list's total traffic. I am missing somethi...
