same problem here..... And there are more users with reboot - loop problem.

Let it be for 4-5 hours and then you will able acces the board, then make downgrade to 5.25

Thanks normis.... but....router was rebooting for 2-3 hours (cca). We want to change it today..but today was everything OK (uptime was 10 hours), I can normally acces the router, in log was "router rebooted". I try to make another upgrade to ROS 6.6. Still same.... router rebooting in 20se...

We have problem with upgrade RB2011 to ROS 6.5 . After upgrade from 5.XX routerboard is not accesible. Ethernet port is going UP/DOWN in 40seconds interval. Winbox shows "logging in..." and nothing.....

V6 simple queues still Day/night not working.

If I set for day parent queue time: 06:00:00 - 1d 00:00:00
and for night parent queue time: 00:00:00 - 06:00:00

queue is shown "red" and not working... (ROS v.3, v.4, v.5 are OK) Where is the problem? Thanks!

I have 2 pieces od RB1200 on the desk. Both are freezing + failed booting :(.... no answer from Mikrotik. //if you change original 512mb ram to kingston 2 GB ...random rebooting will disappear. But I havent got enough courage to deploy it on network. //with original 512mb ram...router upgrade from 5...

My solution:

downgrade to 5.11, downgrade routerboot, change RAM module to kingston 2gb.

Now it has 5 hours uptime...I tried to reboot it 3-4 times....everything OK. I will see tomorrow.

downgrade to 5.15 -> still problem..

now I am trying 5.11 -> will see .

5.24, 5.21 - randomly reboot ... cca every 10-20 minutes.

RB1200 dont wake UP after reboot

Hi,

we have big problem with RB1200...after 3-4 hours uptime -> system reboot. router will not start :(

serial console:

Press any key within 2 seconds to enter setup..

loading kernel from nand... OK
setting up elf image... OK
jumping to kernel code

-> freeze.....

Any ideas? thanks

Is known that issue? When dude is reading SNMP data from L3 Groove then after 30day uptime groove has only 9MB of free ram. About 60day uptime free RAM drops to 3-5 Mb...router becomes unstable, CPU100%...etc. When I disable SNMP monitoring there is no problem (17mb free ram with 80days uptime) I tr...

Dont you have problem with "night queues"? rc3 dont understand queues for night. Time from 00:00:00 - 06:00:00 ....queues are red. ROS is showing "invalid" in queue window....

news: Winbox via MAC - over ETH7 is accesible... I changed the winbox port in IP-services (without restarting RB) and now its working 100%. I can logon via IP. After 2 minutes I try to change the new winbox port to previous....And its working! So What is this??? ROS need to change winbox port?? lol...

I have disabled SSH and telnet....but MAC telnet is not accesible....

After 3 days OK...today same problem...ping OK, internet is OK but winbox is TIME OUT.

I will upgrade it do 5.15 and get new boot...

4 day uptime, not accesible via winbox...timed out.
Mac telnet same....timed out
ping ok, router was working...but not accesible. After manual restart all is ok.

Router was working without troubles for 3 months. ROS 5.12


Any ideas? Its our gateway :( Thanks

this queue is realized on last router. RB750 is routing public/local IP.

Uplink -> ether1 RB750(publicIP) -> ether2 RB750(localIP) -> UBNT rocketM5 sector -> LocoM5

Ethernet port is really impractical solved. The cable must to trigger bottom which usually can not. Two plastic ethernet has dropped me. Although they can be soldered back but the warranty is over

dont try to upgrade on 5.x, My 433AH works with XR5 only with 0db manual TX. With default it was still rebooting around.

You have XR5 in RB433?......always when I tried run XR5 on RB433 it still reboot around (after "enable" radio on default TX). I thought that XR5 is not compatible with RB433....in RB411 XR5 works perfecly!

I dont have got enough HW to do TCP test. Behind groove there is only UBNT M5 sector. But now groove works perfectly. Primary the groove L3 is cheaper than ubnt bullet M5 HP and result is same. 8)

yeah, after align antenna I have -53/-53 ccq + - 100%..

BT test groove-groove 97mbps Receive / 97mbps send....of coutre Nstreme best fit 3999 .
Now I have a question, can groove generate more data? over 97mbps? because it stops on 97mbps....ccq is still 100%, ping 1-10ms where is the problem? 8)

receive test with 100/100m
send test is the same but with 91mbps and 30ms ping

Send BT test is going about 50-60mbps .....(ccq fall on 50%)
In this receive BT test ccq is so good 80-90%, ping 30ms but it wil stop on 73mbps... why? ccq is good, CPU is only on 40%...
I tried advanced data rates...no change.

what did you mean bad config? :lol: Nstreme with frame policy best fit on 4000, signal -64/-64 ccq is cca 80% registration rate 100-150mbps (changing) in BT UDP test 60mbps then ccq fall on 50%. bullet M5 HP on this link is going on 90mbps no problem.... We have a 4 links with Groove HW. 40Mhz with Nstreme ccq 80-90% max 70mbps (50ms ping) ccq falls on 50%....personaly I expected more

hello, I need to solve a simple problem. I have a mikrotik with enable hot spot. Everything works OK, but i neet queue on IP adrs. and I dont want to add all ips in network manually to queue. Is there a option to set queue for example 1mb/2mb on every IP on network range? (on DHCP) for example IP 19...

Thanks, I tried it today...it worked for test few hours.... I want only 1 XR 5 with UBNT sector antenna (only V polar.) for AP :)

we had same problem with XR2 card!.....downgrade to 4.9...works fine... There is a good Rule, Dont touch if it is working fine! :D

We have a problem with routerboard RB 433 and CM 11 card....board is still restarting after card is ON....any advice? upgrade mikrotik OS version? firmware?
