Getting there slowly.... For some reason the Radio is always turned off when using in my Netbook.
Although it works when activating the radio, I Assume the radio is also off then working in Mikrotik.

My other card starts automatically

been a while, but here goes as far as I can remember. First of all, there are no generic drivers, you need to get the Windows drivers (.exe) file for your exact model. Data channel = 1 Info channel = 1 I've also deselected the "Dial-on-demand" as this has caused me some headaches in the past. everything works 100%, except my Band selection doesn't work but it automatically switches to WCDMA after a few seconds. Took me a couple of hours to get everything...

OK, I've done it. Actually quite simple - the HP / lenovo versions have other drivers / firmware than your normal Gobi 2000. Downloaded the actual HP un2420 driver, extracted the files, another extract and then some searching for the correct files. And then magically a ppp-out1 device appears, nice!!

Jan/01/2002 03:00:03 router was rebooted without proper shutdown by watchdog timer.

I had an open session just before it happened- There was 8Mbps traffic between two Ethernet interfaces.

I'll double check the temperature, power adapter etc.

Any leases to clients using DHCP should be registered in DNS database. Normal feature with any DHCP server, apparently not with Mikrotik?
