You must have on chain input and try just with chain, connection state and action, without all other stuff.

Hello forum. I just purchased an RB2011L, upgraded to ROS 2.41, and backed up the config. By default, the RB is configured for simple home routing with WAN/LAN/and NAT. The default LAN address is 192.168.88.0/24. Many other config settings (bridge, routes, DHCP service, DNS) depend on this address....

If you want stable link you don't need 40mhz you need less, 40Mhz will just increase throughput.
Make a scan and see what channels are left and try to isolate each other.

dst address 172.16.99.0/24 gateway ether5 (optionaly you can put pref source 172.16.99.251)

Hi All, is there any possibility in DCHP menu on MikroTik to set 1 IP for 2 or more mac addresses ? You can't set 1 IP for more than 1 MAC address. The 00:00:00:00:00:00 MAC address isn't a valid one. It could be from a virtual ethernet, or try to reset that interface to see if it changes. Regards

Add filter rules in input chain and action log.

Re: Advice on hardware - Wireless link between two wired LAN

You can do this with 2xSXT 5HnD and low the tx power of both of them because you have a very close distance.
One SXT will be in bidge and the other in station-bridge. This way you will bridge the two points.
For routing to one LAN to another you will need to make rules in your router in every LAN.

For DHCP to isolate the other side you need to set the bridge to use ip firewall and make rules with deny udp 67,68 ports from the other network.

Re: Availability of the RB751G

The throughput of 751G appears to be the same like the 751(not G) model.
The CPU seems to be the same also.
Is this correct?

Re: RB750 slow WAN speeds

Maybe you only have 6Mb Upload instead of 20. :)
The RB750 it's enought for this 20/20Mbit connection. I have a RB750G with 100/100Mbit and it's using the full bandwidth. The RB750 can handle this as well. It depends on how many Firewall, Queue, etc rules you have.

Re: dynDNS Update Script

How to make the script update 2 pppoe interface?
Same user. 2 host name, 2 pppoe.
I have the same situation like you.
You should make 2 scripts and add them to the scheduler.
In each script you have the pppoe1 connection and respectively the pppoe2 connection.

Hi, I am using the Dyndns script and this works fine, but I have a problem. I have added this script to the schedule, but It doesn't work. I don't know why it does not work. If you can give and answer. Thanks in advance. You should type into On Event: "/system script run "script_name"

Re: Is it better to use a PC with Mikrotik OS or a Routerboa

The PC would have much more RAM available than most RB's. So will it work faster?
The ram is not responsible for the speed. The CPU is.

Appreciate for you sharing.. 600mA/port means...
