Re: Problem with 70KM distance link

I doubt if you could even get 60Mb up/dn with that distance and 5G band. You need bigger antenna 34dbi dish.

NO PWR LED indicator RB750g

Mik Fans I got 2 RB750G with no LED PWR indicator. Reason: The limiting resistor of the PWR LED was dislodge from the placement area between LD301 and LD302. I think this is a cold solder when resistor is heating up. With luck, i saw the resistor stuck on the rubber pad near the reset hole(not the t...

Re: New Products

This RB750UP should have DC block input terminal. Running a long cable going to POE IN and supplying the other port (POE out) would strain the solid AWG24. Its cheaper to run a single cable from your room to the roof and short cable connected to ether2 to ether5 to power any POE device. Can it be so...

Re: Omnitik

Ubiquiti got backlogs with their devices due to high demand..so I'm looking for alternatives. Mikrotik is the best candidate but some of its product are not well executed. I do prefer the technology of Mikrotik....it's a class of it's own. The only issue is that.. most end user are just satisfied w...

Re: Omnitik

Cmon Mikrotik!!........ UBiquiti is Laughing at your products. They got hot selling devices. If you don't like MikroTik products, simply use Ubiquiti ones and stop insulting them without any good argument. As Normis said more than once - it's hard to please everyone and it's not possible. Re: Advice needed: Campus wireless access.

Two sector antenna with 90 deg beam width. You will have a total of 180 deg....use CPE on the clients with 200 to 400meter range. All LOS.

The other minPCi card would be for bridging.
