Sounds like a power problem, and not related to ROS anyhow. Have you checked the state of ethernet cards on RB750GL and that PC-router? You can either use the API from an external server, or you can run commands via Winbox or the command line. fewi, actually we don't want to use an external server. We can run commands from winbox but i want to design this thing on website. If we can add user from webbox then i am sure we can do this.
