OK so I figured out what I was doing wrong. I set the interface to eth2 which the device is connected too and nothing was happening. Then I changed the interface setting to all and the rate limiting occurred. So my question is why does it need to be on all ports instead of the port that this machine...

Can I just put 10M in for target upload and target download? Also what should be the destination address.. the device on network, the gat...

Also, why is there a whole other set of the same options (target upload/download) on the advanced tab of simple queues?? Does this apply to something else??
