I'm a little unclear about what you are asking but it sounds to me like a dynamic routing policy such as OSPF would achieve what you are looking to do.

We use OpenVPN http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/OpenVPN which works very well on the Mikrotik. This will give you more reliable access when connecting from remote locations that block IPSEC or are double NAT'd. We are seeing an issue with RX Drops between (2) x86 systems. We have 2 of these routers connected via a direct cat5 cable (less than 1 meter) negotiated at 1GB FDX port speeds. I wanted to see if anyone had found an answer to this issue. I am running Axiomtek as well with ver 5.7 and see the same thing when SNMP is enabled.
