Re: error simultaneous session limit reached

Log into your Mikrotik via Winbox.

IP>Hotspot>User Profile> Default User profile. Double click and open the default profile. The option "shared users" shouldn't be configured.

Re: WAN interface usage is higher than LAN interface usage

Hello, In my experience, this situation is almost always caused by lack of or incorrect firewall configuration. Many people consider that the use of NAT is firewalling. It is not. The source of this traffic is often that either or both the DNS server and/or web proxy are enabled on the router, but ...

WAN interface usage is higher than LAN interface usage

I've found something very strange.

I've only one LAN interface active and I've configured NAT.I see my WAN interface usage has more usage than LAN.And it is always killing my 7-8 Mbps bandwidth(approx) taken from upstream.

Re: how to block youtube on mikrotik 3.23

Not a good idea ! 1. IP may be changed anytime 2. You want to block Youtube video only but not whole Youtube site. You should browse Youtube but you shouldn't stream video. 3. If you block IP then you can't browse some other hosted sites too.Like youtube is owned by Google. If you block whole youtube...

Re: Mikrotik RB433AH interface maximum throughput/capacity?

you must not use btest from the device, use btest through the device, 2 computers. It can easy do 300mbps in bridge mode.
Hello,

I found the problem.Mark routing was also enabled besides NAT.Using NAT I get more than 90 Mbps. But using Mark routing I can't get more than 30Mbps.

Mikrotik RB433AH interface maximum throughput/capacity?

Hi,

I'm using Mikrotik RB433AH.
What is the maximum capacity/throughput of Miktorik's interface?

I have checked and getting not more 30 Mbps.
I checked by:

1. Marking Auto Negotiation and unmarking Auto Negotiation
2. Selecting both 100Mbps Full duplex and 1Gbps Full Duplex

I'm using NAT.

Re: Packet Loss (no reason why)

Hi, Did you check the usage?Check the WAN and LAN usage from the interface. If your WAN interface uses maximum bandwidth then you might encounter packet loss. Are you using web proxy? Sometimes WAN interface might use huge bandwidth due to improper security configuration if web proxy is enabled. Plea...
