Re: Scheduler not showing timezone offset plus not starting

Do you have the SNTP or NTP client set to sync the clock? That is the first thing to check when scripts aren't running when you think they should.
I have NTP client set to sync the clock.

Scheduler not showing timezone offset plus not starting

Hello, I created a script and tried to run it with the Scheduler on Winbox on RouterOS 6.1 on a RB750GL. I configured the job but it never started. I keep checking out what could be going wrong and no dice so then I just decided to do a new schedule then I noticed that my start time shows the time i...

Re: Mikrotik Car Charger

I used the cable from a broken power supply and attached it to a cigarette plug. Does it work fine?? It may be necessary to regulate the voltage and filter the power for noise. When the car is running the voltage is incremented and there might be voltage spikes, even less that 12V on the car output...

SSTP

If I want to connect to the server, windows fails to connect with 0x800B0109 (A certificate chain processed, but terminated in a root certificate which is not trusted by the trust provider) I configured the SSTP server using the configuration on the Wiki. I used the create certificates manual in the...

Re: Mikrotik Router DDoS attack

Paetur, I just wanted to repeat what I said above, that on RouterBOARD devices - by default RouterOS has firewall in place, to protect against this. You can only be affected, if you remove those firewall rules by hand. If you remove the steering wheel from a car, you will crash if you try to drive....

Re: Port mirroring on master port

Does that mean add a switching rule with all the ports that I am interested, then check in action tab "mirror", then go to switch tab and then choose a mirror target on switch1??

Port mirroring on master port

Hello. I have a RB-750GL and I was expecting that if I mirrored a master port I would get also the traffic from the slaves, which doesn't seem to be the case. Is it possible to mirror all the switched ports to one port?? I know that bandwidth would be saturated but I don't mind about some packet los...
