why not thinking to use  wAP AC ( http://routerboard.com/RBwAPG-5HacT2HnD) instead of hAP AC ?
The wAP AC It's more suitable for APs.

please check if you have in firewall an input rule that will permit icmp packets. If not please add the rule before ( in font ) the rule that drop everything.

Hi khaloudy, first of all i will suggest you change the 4.4.4.0 class to something from private class like 10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255 ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Private_network). Hy khaloudy, what it's the purpose of the modem ? it's DSL technology ? If so you need to set up your modem in bridge mode only then your NAT rule will work . Mikrotik CCR 1009-8G-1S-1S+ ( 9 cores)

or

Mikrotik CCR 1016-12G ( 16 cores )
