DNS requests via SSH tunnel stopped working.

Hello! I was using SSH tunnel to get access to the Internet from my office (Mikrotik at home as a http-proxy). Everything was working fine untill... I guess it was an ROS upgrade, but I cannot tell which because I don't use this tunnel very often. Just spotted an hour ago it is not working. The situ...

Re: IPSEC road warrior config help

To make da question simple:

How to make MT to answer for ARP-reqests about .222 (the warrior) to LAN?
(When I only add static ARP entry on the PC everything starts working but that is bad solution)

Enabling proxy-arp is not enough.

Please...

Re: Help please : ssh tunnelling

I leaved the hotel. Anyway - I was extremaly busy, so even U provide me with copy-paste instructions it will be very hard do do anything there.

Sorry.

Just be aware that this error depends on the network configuration from which (the network) client is connecting.

Re: IPSEC road warrior config help

How about now in version 5.13. I'm interested to do a roadwarrior to my LAN. What I (requirement from my customers - as said, they are already using it to many different locations) wanted to do is to use software client (preferred GreenBow VPN client). The LAN is 192.168.0./24 and I wanted to have o...

Re: Winbox Theme

what do you mean by "theme"? what do you like to change exactly? color of background? sorry not possible. I'm used to close Windows' windows by double clicking in upper left corner. The same was working on WinBox "sub-windows". I wanted to request this feature back. Is it possib...

Re: TCP/IP over DNS/ICMP/HTTP - deceive proxy / firewall

The admin is so lazy he allowed all trafic on port 53. UDP and TCP. To all IPs on Internet. Not filtered in any way. So I'm free now. ...or it's a trap. hmmm... @pakjebakmeel - there are many ways to "get out", but that's not the point! The question is - as above - what you thing about imp...

I get used to have the access and I decided to deal with it in not-100%-good-way. I have 2 PCs there, each in 2 phisicaly disconnected networks. On 1st one I have no access to ...
