One more question.
If I'd like to limit each wifi:
Privat to 4M
Public to 4M

do I need to configure that on both or just on master router to work properly?

Another question. I have remote access configured for Master router, but now I want to have remote access to Slave router too.

Setup VLAN and add it to bridge for public network and interface to second AP, at the second AP setup same configuration. I have working MAIN router with 2 SSID's, so there is no problem. Ok, I figure out where could be a problem...
My RB is connected, but don't want to use 3G but GSM compact.

Where can I set up to use 3G only?

I have an RB751U-2HnD as well on a Comcast business connection and it is able to route traffic to the internet at speeds of 100Mbps/50Mbps which is the connection speed I am paying for. Can someone tell me wha my network connection which should be 20/3 work only to 10/3?
I check speed on interface and from 10M switched to 100M and nothing happens.

I have just tvo questions:

1st: default router IP is set-up to 192.168.88.1 - how to change it to custom?
2nd: how to remotely access to my router at fixed IP through internet?
