you need external radius and term for that is Qouta Base, example when the user exceeds the 1st Profile bandwidth the user will be shift to the 2nd Profile which is slower..

change both IP addressess or use a router before plugging your internet source change both IP addressess example

ISP1 -- Router -- 192.168.1.1 (lan IP) ----->
ISP2 -- Router -- 192.168.2.1 (lan IP) -----> connect both to MT ethernet ports

try to login using WAN IP example

192.168.1.1 (wan ip)
10.0.0.10 (lan ip)

try using wan IP

input an IP address thats within your LAN IP example

192.168.1.10 - 254 -> lan-ip-pool
192.168.1.11 -> IP in userman radius server and input secret

in your MT Radius;

input 192.168.1.11 in radius IP
and same secret from userman radius server to your MT radius settings

be sure to check the network diagram, this should maybe be your diagram

MT --> HUB --> Bullet & cable to rooms

or check yout userman profile settings..
