We are getting a problem with Window 10 users unable use the hotspot. no splash page is being loaded and we cannot browse to the hotspots IP in a web browser. We can ping it and we do get a reply. Intermittant Hotspot Issue

Hi, We are running a hotspot at a hotel. We are having an occasional problem with some users where they do not get presented with the login page. They cannot ping the hotspot. They do get an IP. They are showing under hosts on the hotspot. But cannot browse to anything. The hotspot cannot ping them....

This has been resolved by enabling COA and setting it to 3799 in userman (originally 1700)

Hi Guys, we are trying to setup some mikrotik units to replace our Ubiquiti / Cloudtrax Robin Setup. we have 3 x Mikrotik MAP units.
