yes success now i can access my Mikrotik remotely via webfig. Now you can also check my config if i did something wrong,

As per my isp he says for point to point connectivity consistent pings i need to replace my SXT Lite5.

Ok from now i avoid color text.

It's more relationship problem than technical. If you have any kind of quality issues, you need to force your isp to solve it for you when they do not provide you what you are paying for. Anyway why you gave them metal if it should be obviously ptp connection? Two sxts in bridge would be much better. cdiedrich you mean 2.4GHz Basebox2 will do using omni directional antenna, no 8dbi antennas. 2.4GHz will cover more large area and penetrate brick walls easily.

why so fluctuations in pings 2ms to 8ms to 4ms anyway to reduce it. constant 2ms 4ms 3ms 4ms. If i deploy one more Metal5 at my home roof top will it improve or shall i go for another SXT Lite5?

Right now ISP providing with there own Device no idea what device. See Ping fluctuations 5ms to 100ms with no load. 4Mbps port speed.
