How TO prevent Snifir programs

hi all
i have rb 150 upgraded to 3.23 level 4
i have set up it with PPPoE and evry thing is going ok
the matter which i need to make prevent to all snifer programs because there are who use Cain and get all PPPoE usernames &passwords

in your image i see “use encryption”, set that to YES

but in my router i have enable the encryption and its still same , the guys using cain&Abel can see my users and do them attack easily
