You’re violating the Linux DSA network stack by having multiple bridges. Multiple bridges is a concept that has been depreciated with the introduction of VLAN aware bridging, migrate to proper single bridge configuration. Your topology is improper if you can’t do it with single bridges and VLAN awareness.
