RB3011UiAS / V7 - USB pendrive not mounting after reboot

I’m having a recurrent problem with our RB3011 used to run Dude Server in our network. We use the USB pendrive as Dude Data Directory. Every time I reboot it, the USB pendrive is not mounted.

Command “system routerboard/usb/print” return blanks, but I can see the pendrive via “disk/print” and I can even access the pendrive via “disk/test usb1”, but the USB file structure does not mount. Only solution seems to be keep rebooting the router until the USB drive directory finally appears under “disk/print”:

Then I need to redefine Dude data-directory and re-enable it to get it going again.

Any hints on how to avoid such behavior?

USB stick can be tested with disk/test:

But file system is not mounted. It requires rebooting until file system appears again.

Any hints hos to fix it?

with: RB3011uiAs
V 7.18.2

Look for solutions, plz !!!
