RouterOS 6.1 released

I am trying to upgrade a Mikrotik installation (5.25) on a XENServer 6.1 Virtual Machine to Mikrotik v6.1.

Doing the automatic upgrade by downloading the upgrade package to mikrotik, leaves me with a kernel panic after reboot.

Also sometimes while rebooting prior to upgrade the package verification fails with an error about licensing which doesn’t make sense since the installation has a proper license.

Trying to boot from the installation ISO just gets stuck forever right before the package selection screen.

From a search on the forums it looks like this issue has been going on since at least 6.0RC7

I also tried to create a supout.rif while on v 5.25 and it never completes.

Does MikroTik v6.x not support XENServer?

It works like a charm on VMware ESXi 5.1
