S-31DLC20D is a 1.25G SFP transceiver with a 1310nm Dual LC connector, for up to 20 kilometer Single Mode fiber connections. Will mikrotik S-31DLC20D transceiver will work with Mikrotik CCR1036-8G-2S+? or just only SFP+ transceiver ?
Both SFP+ ports on CCR1036-8G-2S+ are backwards compatible with SFP 1.25G transceiver modules. However you will need to disable auto-negation and set port speed to 1000 on both sides of link in order to achieve successful connection.
Thanks Krisjanis. I test CCR1036-8G-2S+ with S-31DLC20D modul 1.25G connected RB2011UAS-2HND-IN with S-31DLC20D modul 1.25G. All interface SFP Autonegation = disable speed= 1GB, RouterOS 6.9.
