Usermanager Cannot Generate Vouchers

In ROS 3beta6, the usermanager cannot generate voucher from pre-generated users. The following procedure will produce the error:

  1. click status in userman and generate (add) some users

  2. click users/view and select some users by check-marking them

  3. click generate/vouchers 3pp

An error “check at least one user!” is returned.

Have you checked users on ‘active page’ or selected another page then generate vouchers ?
The following option works only for active page.

Item #2 on my earlier post shows that I have checked users on ‘active page’.

The procedure described in my earlier post works flawlessly in ROS ver 2.9.4x. It is used to print out pre-generated user vouchers.

the same is happining to me, any fix to this?
not only for generate vouchers , but for anything like remove user, or remove credit, etc… is it IE problem? what browser MT was testing the UM on?

thanks.

We have tested the particular issue in different browsers:
Linux Firefox 2.0, Opera 9.10,
Windows Opera 9.02, Firefox 2.0, Internet Explore 7.0.
We are unable to reproduce the particular issues on the latest User Manager version.

hi, i have downloaded latest version of Fire Fox today.
I still have one problem:
For example I want to delete a user, so I go:
USERS->VIEW
I have about 5 users in the list; I checked one of them, and then clicked on
EDIT-> REMOVE
I get error message saying:
Check at least one user!
While I am sure I have this user checked, I tried checking 2 or 3 or more I still get exactly the same message : Check at least one user!

I think I have seen this before…

If I remember… turning off “Native XML” in IE7 corrected it..

Craig

where do i find Native XML option?

IE7:

Tools / Options / Advanced / Security / “Enable Native XMLHTTP Support”

This is enabled by default. disable it..

Craig

I have exactly the same problem with beta9

Disabled this “Enable Native XMLHTTP Support” but still doesn’t help!

This problem have surfaced again in version 3.0rc6. It wasn’t in version 3.0rc5

You may contact support (support@mikrotik.com) with the following information;

  • access to User-Manager web-interface;
  • required actions to reproduce your problem.

The problem only exist in the X86 package of version 3.0rc7. It does not occur in the ns package.

From the image above, you can see that I have checked three users but the dialogue box is still asking me to check at least one user.

This issue was resolved in version 3.0rc9.

This bug had been re-introduced in the X86 package of ROS3.0rc10. It is not present in the PPC and NS packages.
