During startup just after upgrade 6.46.2 → 6.46.3, there are extra two lines in the log:

Is it some new feature and we’ll see this in log in future releases also or is it something forgotten from dev/test?
Observed on arm and mipsbe, haven’t yet tried other archs. During subsequent reboots (without upgrade) these extra lines are not logged.
