it would be nice have a checkbox to enable temporary reverse DNS lookups in address lists.

Yes, that would be nice!
For simple lists like this, it would also be nice when the comment field (or a new field) would be shown on
the same line instead of a separate ;;; line before it. Then you could put a simple comment like a hostname
in that field and obtain a nice listing in the Webif.
