Please add in IPsec policies for the dropdown list for Protocol: the value "gre" (protocol 47).
It appears that in some places the value "gre" is actually recognized.
When you type 47 in the protocol field it remains as 47 but when exported it says protocol=gre.
So it is probably just a missing entry in one table...
