If there is no led light, maybe the power supply is broken? If it does not work with any adapter, return to seller for repair

True. Adapter, injector and cable could be the reason too. Make sure they all are fine...

We have recently installed about 200+ SXT lite5's and are having to netinstall unresponsive devices 4-5 times a week at the minute. A customer will call us with no connection and they usually end up telling us it happened after their power tripped or they powered off and on the device. Surely they should be sturdy enough to cope with this?
