I am able to follow instructions shared in one of old post i.e. http://forum.mikrotik.com/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=41833 to create the IPSec tunnel however not the concern is follows:

I am able to access the network behind Mikrotik from the network behind linksys however not vica versa

Are there some route or settings that i need to define in order for that to work?, Please help me in solving this. I earlier had two Mikrotik routers and they were in sync however one of them at our remote site died and i am trying to create a alternative using Linksys for now and for backup in future
