what is anonymous proxy?.. isn't WebProxy anonymous?..

probably consumer ask about native Tor implementation. or I2P, darknet, cjdns or whatever they want in particular case.
socks support already there, btw.
personally im more want opposite things, ie ability to efficiently detect and shrug-off/blackhole Tor creatures from my networks nor all detected socks nor detected http/https proxies.
