A Ipsec Policy can't be configured because the priority isn't set "ingeger in range [0;-1] expected", even it is set to "0". The config with Winbox 2 oder webfig shows the correct priority without errors.

I have 3.0 RC6, and it doesn't show IPSEC under IP at all, at least not on RouterOS 5.22

Connecting to the same mikrotik with Winbox 2.2.18 works fine, IP->IPSEC exists.
