I have to install QRT 5 and SXT G-5Hnd in office so i can use to it in field. So I have tio reset both devices, how to connect them? what IP address, mac address and gate way i should use? How to configure both of them?

You question is quite generic.
Please read at least the manuals. Also on the internet is a lot of good information to be found.
And best of all, all settings like IP, DHCP, MAC are yours to decide !
