after upgrading to 6.29 while formatting 16g sd card ex3 at 45% card disappear. now no sd card in in disk .
and also winbox not loading previous session e.g after close winbox all open windows closed in next winbox login.

Not sure what's your question...what formatting SD card has to do with upgrading RouterOS? Please upgrade the router's firmware then reboot.
