Just updated to version 6.31rc16, but it breaks. This system is CAPsMAN.

This still happens on update from version 6.31 to 6.32. Had to update all CAPs manually first, then CAPsMAN.

Sure this is a bug. :-p

To disable CAPsMAN is not an option... I do need it. However the workaround (to update the CAPs first) works for me.

My guess is that the CAP update functionality in CAPsMAP is broken with the new release model.

No, it's not. ROS 6.30.2, capsman is still loading 100% cpu during caps registration, some caps are disconnecting. Awfull. :(

You should update your CAPsMAN to 6.32.3 (latest bugfix) or 6.33.2 (latest current). CAPs will connect and do auto-update if configured.
