I am in a serious trouble. I have upgraded my package ROS v 3.0rc6 to 3.0rc9, but after the upgradation, the entire user-manager package and database is no more available. Then I got an advise from mikrotik to add the package seperately. Fine!!! the user-manager package is ther. No database or configuration is there. Next, I have created a customer throu console. I had a backup of database, I restored it. Now the real problem starts. No user can login, using their user name and password. When putting the username and pass on login section it waits for a long thats all!!!! no response. If entering a non-valid or wrong username/password it replies "Wrong username/password". I couldnt locate the reason. If somebody knows abt it, please help me........
