terminating...-peer is not responding

Mon May 03, 2010 11:22 pm

Hi

Anyone know what could be causing this on mikrotik usermanager with pppoe server.

I have random customers dropping off the mikrotik pppoe server giving error message peer is not responding. I even ran a ping to the clients ip and no timeouts but i still get the error, terminating... -peer is not responding on pppoe connection. i notice running a ping to a internet site like google then it stays connected.

Thanks in advance

Found a solution to my problem. I wonder if this forum is still alive.

A few people on the network was running there CPE's in Psuedobridge and not station wds, this caused the pppoe server to go nuts.
