Weird Usermanager Hotspot Problem

Sun May 30, 2010 3:26 pm

Can anyone explain this to me. I've created a username and password with 4hrs access time, however, customer doesn't get the fully allotted 4hrs assigned, instead hotspot is saying "credit limit reached" after just 2h 16 minutes.

Here is the logs and configuration below:

User-Manager:

subscriber=admin name="beya4hr-8ky75" password="pjtj4" uptime-used=2h16m28s download-used=14887106 upload-used=3990161 last-seen=may/30/2010 01:31:>
credit-count=1 credit-left=0s credit-duration=4h credit-price=400 credit-till-time=may/30/2010 03:14:59 credit-time-added=0s

Log:

hotspot,info,debug beya4hr-8ky75 (10.5.5.174): login failed: credit limit reached

We have the same problem.

We created user the following :
Image

mikrotik log:
aug/31 22:48:37 hotspot,info,debug wifi5f5n4 (10.5.50.179): trying to log in by
http-chap
aug/31 22:48:39 hotspot,info,debug wifi5f5n4 (10.5.50.179): login failed: credit
 limit reached.
Why, when the user is still valid.
But it can not be connected to the network?
